I understand and certify that my child's/ children's participation at KCamp and its activities are completely voluntary. I have familiarized myself with and accept the camp's program, code of conduct and activities in which my child/ children will be participating in.
I recognize that certain hazards and dangers are inherent in any camp events program, and particularly, but not limited to sea activities. I acknowledge that although KCAMP has taken safety measures to minimize the risk of injury of camp participants, KCAMP cannot ensure nor guarantee that the participants, equipment, premises and/ or activities will be free of hazards, accidents and/ or injuries. I further recognize and have instructed my child/ children on the importance of knowing and abiding by the camp rules, regulations and procedures for the safety of camp participants.
In the event of any injury or accident, I hereby release KCAMP Camp Directors, Camp Staff and ARGAN Bedaya from all personal and/ or public liability resulting from my child’s/ children’s participation.
I give permission to KCAMP to take my child/ children by bus on field trips to any indoor or outdoor location.
I also give permission to use camp photos for future marketing material as long as the camp is active.
